"Turkish Art & Culture Exhibit at Huntsville Municipal Complex

Samples from Turkish art, culture, history, and geography will be on display starting May 17, 2012. Peace Valley Foundation is pleased to sponsor this event.The display includes Turkish coffee sets, Ottoman Sultans' turbans, crafted daggers, collectible architectures of the Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and Galata Tower, and figurines of whirling dervishes. The display also includes about historic and touristic sites of Turkey. The exhibit will be on display for a month.We thank Huntsville City Mayor's Office for providing this opportunity and supporting multi-cultural events.
